Please have a support person available if possible.
This class will help expecting parents learn ways to manage pain and discomfort during labor. Please wear comfortable clothing and have some water or another drink handy.
Items we use in class:
Ice
2 pillows
yoga mat or comfortable floor space (we will be sitting, kneeling, and laying down!)
exercise ball
towel or small blanket
Optional items:
tennis ball
massage tools you use at home
aromatherapy (diffuser, candles, ect)
adjustable lighting (candles, lamps, other ways to adjust to have soft light)
