About this event

Please bring a support person!

This class will help expecting parents learn ways to manage pain and discomfort during labor. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for this class, it will be a hands-on experience. Also please bring two pillows and a water bottle if you can, there is a water bottle filling station on site.
