Baptist Health Lexington's Perinatal Bereavement Parent Support Group is for families who have experienced the loss of a baby through miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, stillbirth or newborn death.

The group is open to anyone who has experienced a loss regardless of how long ago the loss occurred or if the individual was a patient at Baptist Health Lexington. Parents may choose to talk or just listen. No one is asked to share if he or she does not feel comfortable doing so. A speaker is scheduled for each meeting to offer a brief presentation on a topic of interest to the parents. A perinatal bereavement support person facilitates each meeting.
