Baptist Health Medical Group Primary Care is offering $35 sports physicals on-site at Mary E. Britton Middle School, 2185 Polo Club Blvd., Lexington, on July 16 and July 23, 6–7:30 p.m. If your child is involved in school or recreational sports, prepare them for the upcoming sports seasons with an evaluation by a Baptist Health provider. A parent or legal guardian needs to be present during the physical. Credit and debit cards are accepted (no cash or checks, please).

Registration is preferred but not necessary. To register for the July 16th event, please click the "Get Ticket" button and fill out the form. Please confirm that you select the preferred date you can attend.
