We are excited to offer this free class as a virtual or in-person option. Each class date is EITHER in person or virtual, not both. Register for the date you wish to attend. Instructions will be sent in a confirmation email.

For this in person class date (Part 1 and Part 2 offered in one session):

• Part 1 includes signs of labor, anatomy of labor and birth, natural comfort measures, when to come to the hospital, and our hospital photo tour.
• Part 2 covers the remainder of the hospital stay including pain medication options, vaginal and cesarean birth, and postpartum recovery care.

Class meets in the Baptist Health Lexington Education Center located on the lower level of the 1720 Nicholasville Road building. Masking is required in the hospital but optional once inside our classroom. We will take a 30 minute lunch break. You are welcome to bring snacks, a drink, and/or your lunch or visit the hospital cafeteria. Hospital guidelines currently restrict children under 18 from visiting the facility (unless visiting a parent on the Mother/Baby Unit). If you no longer plan to attend an in-person class, please cancel to open the space for others.
