About this event

Enter parenthood with increased confidence by preparing for your breastfeeding journey before baby arrives. This class will cover hunger cues, how to latch baby to breast, feeding basics, signs of an effective nursing session, how to know you have enough milk, using a breast pump, returning to work, and other related topics. Class sizes will be small and interactive, taught by Kim Coram, IBCLC. Kim has 21years’ experience working with breastfeeding families. You’ll enjoy learning in a casual, light-hearted atmosphere with humor, hands-on activities and visuals. BHP, Medical Park 2, 2nd floor, Atrium Classroom
