The "All About Labor and Delivery" class provides education about labor, delivery, epidural, basic relaxation techniques, and when to come to the hospital. You will have a chance to discuss questions with the instructor. 

This class is held virtually on Zoom, you will receive the Zoom link in your confirmation email upon registration.
