About this event

No Cape Required. Just Show Up.

In this interactive 2 hour experience, you'll connect with other expectant fathers, learn practical ways to support your partner during labor and postpartum recovery, and build confidence through hands-on baby care skill stations.

But fatherhood is about more than caring for a baby. Together, we'll explore the emotional side of becoming a dad, including managing stress, maintaining your mental well-being, adapting to relationship changes, and finding your place in this new chapter of life. Through guided reflection and mindfulness activities, you'll have the opportunity to consider the kind of father you want to be, what lessons you want to carry forward, and the legacy you hope to create for your child.

Whether you're excited, nervous, overwhelmed, or all three, you'll leave with practical skills, honest advice, meaningful connections, and a renewed sense of confidence in your most important role yet. Every superhero has an origin story. Yours starts here.
