Baptist Health Hardin will be resuming in person birthplace education.

Please join us as we cover the following topics:

8-9:30: Understanding Labor: This class provides education about labor, delivery, epidural, basic relaxation techniques and when to come to the hospital.

9:45-10:15: Tour of the Birthplace Unit 

10:15-11:15: Breastfeeding: Learn all about breastfeeding, tips regarding latching-on and positioning, and the advantages of breastfeeding and meeting the infant’s nutritional needs.

11:30-12:30: Your New Baby: This class provides education about postpartum care for the mother after vaginal and cesarean delivery as well as newborn care essentials.

This class is limited to the expectant mom and one support person.

No children are allowed to attend.

You will take Elevator A up to the 5th floor and the class will be in conference room 5A.
