The childbirth class is designed to prepare you for your labor and delivery. Topics that are covered include anatomy and physiology of labor, signs and symptoms of labor, coping and comfort measures for natural and medicated labor, hospital procedures, vaginal and cesarean delivery, newborn characteristics, and the initial post-delivery care you will receive. Labor Unit tour will be given at the end of the class.
