About this event

The "Know Your Heart" screening will include:

• 1. Cholesterol screening
• 2. Diabetes screening
• 3. Screening for Sleep Apnea
• 4. Blood Pressure screening
• 5. Screening for Atrial Fibrillation
• 6. Education will be provided using a cardiovascular risk assessment and educational materials will be distributed.
• 7. Additional information will be available on primary care services, cardiology, diabetes education
• 8. Hands-Only CPR and AED demonstration and education
